At Aluminium Gutters Direct, we stand by the quality of the products we supply. All our products are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. This policy outlines how warranties work and your rights if something goes wrong.
Warranty Coverage

Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects under normal use for the period specified by the manufacturer, typically 10 years for aluminium systems.

The warranty covers structural integrity and finish under normal environmental conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or poor maintenance

Use of non-approved sealants, screws, or components

Alterations, misuse, or impact damage

Corrosion from external contaminants (e.g., coastal exposure, chemical runoff)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To report an issue:

Email sales@aluminiumguttersdirect.co.uk with your order number, description of the fault, and photos.

We’ll liaise with the manufacturer to assess and, if valid, repair, replace, or refund the affected product.

The decision on remedy type (repair/replacement/refund) lies with the manufacturer.
Exclusions
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Labour costs for removal or reinstallation are not covered.
Statutory Rights
This warranty operates in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law, it does not affect them.
