How These Terms Work

These Terms set out the basis on which we sell our products (“Products”) to you through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the law, our operations, or our products. Please check this page each time you order.

Our Products

1. Product photos and colours on our website are for illustration only. The real finish may vary slightly depending on your screen or manufacturing batch.

2. All items are subject to availability. If something you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Any advice or guidance on installation, use, or suitability is given in good faith but without guarantee, it’s your responsibility to ensure the product fits your intended use.

Orders and Contract Formation

1. Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation. This does not mean your order is accepted.

2. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

3. If there’s a pricing, stock, or technical issue preventing fulfilment, we’ll notify you and refund any payment made.

Prices and Payment

1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

3. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken securely at the point of order.

4. In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order before dispatch.

Delivery

1. Standard delivery on stock items is 3–5 working days, depending on stock levels and order size.

2. Delivery is complete once products reach the address provided.

3. Once delivered, responsibility and risk pass to you.

4. Large or bespoke orders may have longer lead times; we’ll confirm these by email.

Title and Risk

Goods remain the property of Aluminium Gutters Direct Ltd until full payment is received. Until then, you must store them safely and not resell or modify them.

Returns and Refunds

1. Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in saleable condition.

2. Bespoke, cut-to-size, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. All returns must be authorised by us before shipping back.

4. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving approved returns.

Limitation of Liability

1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

2. We’re not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses (e.g., loss of profit or downtime).

3. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the affected products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
