At Aluminium Gutters Direct, we want every customer to feel confident they’re getting the best possible value. We regularly review prices across the market to keep ours competitive, but if you happen to find the same product elsewhere for less, we’ll look to match it.

Simply let us know where you’ve seen the lower price, and if it meets our terms below, we’ll do everything we can to offer you the same deal.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

The product must be identical in make, model, size, finish and specification to the one sold on aluminiumguttersdirect.co.uk.

1. The competitor must be a UK-based retailer with the product available to buy and in stock.

2. The comparison price must include VAT, delivery and any additional charges.

3. We only match prices that are publicly listed online and visible without login, membership or discount codes.

4. We do not price match wholesale, trade-only or negotiated quotes.

5. We do not match prices from online marketplaces or auction-style websites such as eBay, Amazon or Facebook Marketplace.

6. The competitor must offer a comparable service, including delivery times, product warranty and returns policy.

7. Requests must be made before you place an order. We cannot apply a price match after a purchase has been completed.

8. All claims are subject to verification. We reserve the right to decline a request if the competitor price cannot be confirmed.

9. We will not match prices from companies in administration or clearance or closing down sales.

10. Aluminium Gutters Direct reserves the right to update or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
