Delivery & collection
We're an online distributor with no public trade counter. Stocked items ship per manufacturer delivery times, with a booking-in call for site deliveries. Bespoke and made-to-order items ship on the lead time quoted.

In rare cases, and only with some manufacturers, we can arrange for you to collect direct from their depot. It's the exception rather than the rule, so ring us and we'll tell you straight away if it's possible for your order.
