Returns & Exchanges
Please note that bespoke and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.
Lead Times
Current lead time: 5-7 days
Our latest estimated lead times are displayed across the website, including in the navigation, on collection pages and on product cards. If a lead-time indicator is not visible, the information is currently being reviewed and updated.Lead times are based on the latest information and typical averages provided by our manufacturers. Occasionally, stock shortages, delayed manufacturer updates or dispatch from an alternative warehouse may result in a longer lead time.
If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then continue with the revised lead time, choose a suitable alternative with faster availability, or request a refund.
Alumasc
Alumasc Skyline - Variable Coping (1m) Length
The Alumasc Skyline Variable Coping range provides a weatherproof capping solution for parapet walls outside the standard coping size bands, made to suit wall widths from 0-400mm up to 1101-1250mm. Manufactured from strong, recyclable aluminium (2mm or 3mm gauge depending on width) and secured with a non-penetrative strap fixing system that keeps the coping face free of visible fixings while allowing ventilation over the wall. Finished with a tough polyester powder coating in a choice of 26 standard RAL colours, with additional BS or RAL shades available to special order (subject to quantity and cost).
Straight coping is supplied in 1m lengths; corners, T junctions, stop ends, reducers and radius sections are fabricated to suit your project. Fixing straps are included with lengths and also available separately for offcuts.

Before manufacture, we will require you to provide a sketch confirming your exact measurements. A detailed drawing will then be prepared and sent to you within 5 working days for approval. Production will only begin once these drawings have been signed off.
The standard lead time for manufacture is approximately 10 working days from drawing approval. Bespoke colours or non-standard profiles may require additional time.
