Returns & Exchanges
Please note that bespoke and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.

Our latest estimated lead times are displayed across the website, including in the navigation, on collection pages and on product cards. If a lead-time indicator is not visible, the information is currently being reviewed and updated.Lead times are based on the latest information and typical averages provided by our manufacturers. Occasionally, stock shortages, delayed manufacturer updates or dispatch from an alternative warehouse may result in a longer lead time.
If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then continue with the revised lead time, choose a suitable alternative with faster availability, or request a refund.

Alumasc Skyline - Sloping Coping Extra Fixing Strap
The Alumasc Skyline Aluminium Coping Fixing Strap is a key component of the Skyline coping system, designed to provide secure and reliable installation without penetrating the waterproof membrane. Manufactured from high-quality aluminium for strength and durability, these straps ensure that copings remain firmly in place while maintaining a clean, seamless external appearance.
Fixing straps are required at maximum 1500mm centres, or as advised by coping size and wind uplift calculations, to guarantee structural stability and performance.
Please note: Copings installed in excess of 10m above ground level, or on exposed sites, may require visible fixings due to increased wind loads.
Larger sizes and bespoke copings are available on request.
