Alumasc Skyline SLIMLINE Aluminium Modular Component - Loose Jointer

The Alumasc Skyline SLIMLINE Modular Components provide a flexible solution for creating bespoke window surround designs with a sleek 50mm projection. Available in face widths of 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm, the system allows specifiers and installers to build custom window pods using standard components sourced individually.

The range includes straight length sections in 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, and 3m sizes, as well as wall brackets, 90-degree corners, 90-degree apex angles for corner windows, and loose jointers for connecting sections. All parts are designed for use with the Skyline fixing system, which allows direct attachment to the building façade for quick installation and a clean, uninterrupted finish. Wall brackets and unions are sold separately, and installation requires a bracket at each corner and at maximum 500mm intervals, in line with Skyline installation guidance.

Each component is manufactured from 2mm non-combustible aluminium sheet, with robust 3mm aluminium brackets providing secure fixing strength. The cantilever bracket system ensures stability with a wide support surface while eliminating the need for costly boxing or joinery.

Supplied in a polyester powder-coated unicolour finish, Skyline SLIMLINE modular components are available in 26 standard PPC RAL colours, with alternative finishes available on request, subject to surcharge.
