Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place orders directly via our website or over the phone through our experienced sales team. Alternatively, please email sales@aluminiumguttersdiect.co.uk and we will respond to all emails directly. Please see our How to Order Page for a step by step guide on ordering through our website.
Q. How secure is your site?
A. We do NOT store any financial data on our website. We use the Merchant Service WorldPay, the UK’s #1 payments provider who process more than 26 million transactions per day. Any information you provide to us that is not financial and enables us to process your order, i.e. your email address, delivery address or telephone number is kept private and is dealt with in the most confidential manner.
Q. How long after I order will I receive my goods?
A. You will receive an email within 24 hours detailing your order information. You can contact us directly for information regarding your order via email sales@aluminiumguttersdiect.co.uk or over the phone.
Q. I need products immediately, can you speed up the delivery process?
A. Please talk to our sales team regarding your order. At AGD we strive to process orders as quickly as possible.
Q. Do I have to make an account to use your online order facility?
A. No you can continue to use the website as a guest but we will require a signature on receipt of goods.
Q. Can I open an account and receive credit from AGD?
A. Unfortunately, to keep our prices as competitive as possible, we cannot offer a credit service and all payments will need to be cleared before orders are processed.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We custom manufacture each order but please get in touch with our technical team who will be happy to discuss your options.
Q. I have a problem with my order
A. Please call AGD immediately and we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.
