How to order

The AGD Order Process

Aluminium Gutters Direct are an online merchant offering a range of bespoke aluminium rainwater products. Placing an order with our dedicated and experienced sales team will be registered immediately whether you place the order online, or over the phone. Personal information will be kept safe and secure as detailed in our Privacy Policy It’s the AGD guarantee.

To place an order follow these 10 simple steps:

  1. Register your new account (takes 2 minutes) or Log In
  2. Select a product from our ‘products’ drop down menu
  3. Decide which style and size you require
  4. Add components to your order such as brackets/ outlets etc (these are often forgotten)
  5. Use the arrows to increase or decrease the quantity of each item and click ‘add to basket’
  6. Simply repeat this process to add more items your basket
  7. Once you have selected the products you require, click ‘proceed to checkout.’
  8. Add your billing, shipping & payment information
  9. If you have read and agree to the terms and conditions, tick the box ‘I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions‘
  10. Carefully review items and select ‘place order.’

Register and Create a New Account

Select the Login/Register icon in the top right hand corner of the site. Fill in the required fields and click register.

Product Information

If you require information for a certain product select the item from the product information tab. Additional information can be found in the Resources Tab including data sheets, architects information, environmental information, fixing instructions and technical information. If you can’t find what you’re looking for send us an email or phone our friendly sales team for assistance.

Add the Items to Your Shopping Basket

Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Basket you can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by viewing basket option on the right hand side of the page and change the quantities that you require.

Updating the Basket

Carefully review items you have placed in the shopping basket. If you want to remove certain items from the basket, click the red X next to the image of the product. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Basket. If you want to edit the quantity of an item, click the arrows next to the product. Once you are happy with your quantity select ‘update basket.’

Proceed to Checkout

Before proceeding to checkout, select your delivery option from the ‘Basket Totals’ Menu under the ‘Shipping’ title. For the items now placed in your basket, click the ’proceed to checkout” button. You will then be taken to the first page of the checkout process. The on-screen instructions will guide you through each step of our checkout process.

Enter a Billing/Delivery Address

Unregistered users will be asked to provide name, email and address.

Provide Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards as payment, Credit or Debit cards do not carry any surcharge. You will then be re-directed to the secure WorldPay page to submit your card payment details and complete your order.
