Alumasc Flushjoint - Circular Extruded Aluminium Tampered Hopper

The Alumasc Flushjoint range of extruded aluminium downpipes is a contemporary pipework system available in circular, square and rectangular profiles. Designed for both new build and refurbishment projects, the Flushjoint range is fully compatible with Alumasc Heritage, Aqualine and GX gutter systems. The product selection includes downpipes in multiple lengths, bends in 92.5°, 112.5° and 135° variations, branches, access pipes, two-part offsets, fixed offsets, shoes, loose spigots, diverters, and a variety of hopper heads including rectangular, chamfered, faceted and tapered designs.

Flushjoint pipes are manufactured with a concealed spigot jointing arrangement to achieve a completely smooth external appearance without visible connectors. All pipework is mounted on brackets to stand clear of the building façade, delivering a clean and contemporary architectural finish.

Manufactured from high-grade aluminium, the Flushjoint system is lightweight, durable and highly resistant to impact and corrosion. Thermal movement is fully accommodated at every joint, ensuring long-term performance and reliability. The system has a design life expectancy of up to 40 years in rural and suburban areas and up to 25 years in industrial or marine environments.

Available in a plain mill finish for on-site painting or in BBA-approved polyester powder coatings factory-applied in 26 standard colours, with additional BS or RAL shades available to special order. As with all Alumasc aluminium systems, the Flushjoint range is 100% recyclable, combining sustainability with exceptional performance.
