Returns & Exchanges
Please note that bespoke and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specification.
Lead Times

Our latest estimated lead times are displayed across the website, including in the navigation, on collection pages and on product cards. If a lead-time indicator is not visible, the information is currently being reviewed and updated.Lead times are based on the latest information and typical averages provided by our manufacturers. Occasionally, stock shortages, delayed manufacturer updates or dispatch from an alternative warehouse may result in a longer lead time.
If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can then continue with the revised lead time, choose a suitable alternative with faster availability, or request a refund.
Alumasc
Alumasc Skyline - CA120 Door Canopy System
The Alumasc Skyline Aluminium CA90 Canopy System provides a modern and durable solution for doorways, offering both weather protection and contemporary design. With a front depth of 90mm and a projection of 900mm from the wall, this canopy system is available in lengths of 1m, 1.5m, 2m, and 2.5m.
Manufactured from high-quality, recyclable aluminium, each canopy can be supplied in mill finish (unpainted) or in a choice of standard polyester powder-coated colours. Other colour finishes are available on request, subject to additional cost.
Every canopy is supplied complete with the correct number of support brackets, which must be fixed at maximum 500mm centres. One metre canopies are supplied with two brackets, 1.5m with three, 2m with four, and 2.5m with five. Anchor bolts are not included and must be sourced separately. The standard lead time for aluminium canopies is approximately 15 working days, with bespoke sizes available on request.
