Alumasc Skyline DEEPLINE Window Surrounds - Door Pod Kits

The Alumasc Skyline DEEPLINE Window Surrounds provide a contemporary framing solution for windows and doors, offering a 100mm projection and a 100mm face width for bold architectural detailing. Manufactured from non-combustible 2mm aluminium sheet and supplied as complete kits with brackets, lengths, and corners, they are designed to be cut down on site to suit exact project requirements. The system eliminates the need for costly boxing or joinery while maintaining strength, durability, and low maintenance.

Square Window Pod Kits are available in standard sizes ranging up to a maximum of 3200mm x 3200mm. They are supplied with robust 3mm thick aluminium brackets that fix directly to the façade, allowing quick and simple installation.

Rectangular Window Pod Kits are available in the same size range, from 700mm x 1200mm up to 3200mm x 3200mm, offering flexibility to suit a wide variety of window dimensions.

Door Pod Kits are manufactured to the same specification with a 100mm projection and face width, available in maximum sizes of 1200mm x 2100mm and 2200mm x 2100mm. These kits provide the same seamless installation and finish as the window surrounds, creating a consistent design detail across the building envelope.

All DEEPLINE kits are supplied in a single polyester powder-coated colour as standard, with a choice of 26 standard PPC RAL finishes. Other colours are available on request, subject to surcharge. Dual-colour options can also be specified to create contrasting external and internal finishes.

Each kit is designed with an innovative cantilever bracket system that fixes directly to the building façade, ensuring fast installation and a smooth, uninterrupted appearance. Please note that suitable wall fixings and sealant are not included and must be sourced separately.
